At Enric Torres we take special care in all shipments and we want you to receive your jewel as soon as possible. Remember that we make all the pieces by hand in our workshop, so the reception time may vary depending on whether we have the piece in stock, or if we make it again especially for you.
If we have stock, the order is prepared within 48 business hours from the order confirmation date. If it is not available, this will be indicated at the time of purchase and the order will leave once the piece is finished within a maximum period of up to 4 weeks. At all times we will be in contact with you to inform you and agree on a delivery date that suits you.
All our shipments will be made through a DHL courier service.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery for the different areas and are calculated automatically.

PICKED UP AT THE STORE
If the client so wishes, they can collect their order directly and free of charge at the physical store of ENRIC TORRES: Avenida República Argentina 238, 08023 Barcelona, Spain
To access the store collection service, the customer must indicate it in the purchase process and must comply with the delivery times indicated by email, just as they must show proof of purchase and ID.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In all the cases set out below, the product may be exchanged or returned, as long as it is not a defective personalized product:
• I have the wrong size and I would like to change it
• The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it
• I have received the order in bad condition
In any of the cases, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange or a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Enric Torres in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.
The period of time to exchange or return an item is 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.The costs associated with the changes will always be paid by the buyer. Our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost.
